Becoming a Chair
We are looking to engage with talented and entrepreneurial individuals from all industries and sectors across the UK who are keen to make a positive and lasting difference in their local community.
If you are likely to be retiring soon from a Board Position or have sold your company and are looking for an interesting part-time opportunity that allows you to give back but also be involved in something that is personally rewarding, then becoming a Chair within The Scale Business could be for you. Alternatively, you may already have already had a successful career and be looking to make some lifestyle changes. Regardless, we want to talk to you to see if you are the right person to help make a real, positive and tangible difference.
You will need to feel comfortable facilitating and chairing a Monthly Board Meeting with CEOs in a variety of exchanges. In addition, you will be involved in the recruitment of at least one board but potentially work with up to two boards of CEOs at any one time. Each board will consist of no more than 12 members each paying a premium per month, and therefore they will expect relevant Board Room Experience from you.

All aspects of our Scale Systems and the techniques required to operate effective Scale Boards for Chief Executives will be delivered in initial training and combined with regular ongoing regional support and mentoring this will ensure your attainment of successful boards.
This is not a franchise opportunity and therefore we are seeking the very best talent to join us. At present there is no upfront investment required to join us.
